DPCDSB offers multiple options for public input on its 2019-2020 operating budget
The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board (DPCDSB) is providing multiple options for parents/guardians and other community stakeholders to provide input regarding its 2019-2020 operating budget. The options include:
- Provide written input on the priorities stakeholders want the DPCDSB to consider in the development of the 2019-2020 Budget. Email to firstname.lastname@example.org by May 28, 2019.
- Parents/guardians and community members may also provide input through their local Catholic school trustee.
- Participate in a Public Budget Webcast on April 24 at 7:00 pm. Participants must register for the webcast.
- Make a five-minute presentation to the Board of Trustees through the delegation process at the April 23 Board meeting, May 14 Administration & Finance Committee meeting or the May 28 Board meeting. Normal protocols and timelines for registering to delegate apply. Delegates must register and provide copies of their presentation to the board at least five (5) business days prior to the meeting date. Each presenter will have a maximum of five (5) minutes to make their presentation. To register to delegate, call 905-890-0708 ext. 24433.
