Note that, while schools, offices and facilities are closed, business functions will continue. In addition, we will continue to facilitate communications through the DPCDSB website (dpcdsb.org), through our social media channels, Twitter and Facebook (@DPCDSBSchools) and Instagram (@dpcdsb.schools). We will continue to post and relay information we receive from our public health authorities, as well as from the Province, to our DPCDSB community to ensure that you are kept apprised of any developments that impact our schools and operations. We encourage you to review our Community Information Bulletins to help you with some of the questions you may have. If there is an urgent need to connect with DPCDSB administrative offices, this may be done by email through our communications@dpcdsb.org email account. Please note: All school playgrounds, play structures, basketball courts and fields remain closed and all permits for use of board facilities are on hold.READ OUR MOST RECENT COMMUNITY INFORMATION BULLETINSCommunity Information Bulletin: Planning for September 2020 School Reopening (June 22, 2020)Community Information Bulletins: Elementary Report Cards (June 19, 2020) / Secondary Report Cards (June 19, 2020)DPCDSB Online Learning ResourcesDPCDSB COMMUNITY INFORMATION BULLETINS AND UPDATES Community Information Bulletin: Drop-Off of Textbooks, Instruments and Technology (June 19, 2020)Frequently Asked Questions (June 11, 2020)Community Information Bulletin: Access to Schools to Collect Student Belongings (June 10, 2020)Access to Retrieve Student Belongings ProtocolCommunity Information Bulletin: Graduation/Awards/Personal Effects (June 2, 2020)Director's Letter to the Community (May 20, 2020)Minister of Education Letter to Parents (May 19, 2020)Community Information Bulletin: Mental Health and Well-Being Resources (May 4, 2020)Continuity of Catholic Learning: Parent/Guardian Guide to Teacher-Led Learning in DPCDSBContinuity of Catholic Learning - Quick Reference GuideProtocol for the Deployment of Student Technology to Support Continuity of Learning April 29, 2020 - Director's Letter to the DPCDSB CommunityApril 26, 2020 - Community Information Bulletin: Extension of School ClosureApril 21, 2020 - Director's Letter to the CommunityApril 9, 2020 - Letter to International Students April 8, 2020 - Guide to Teacher-Led Learning in DPCDSB April 7, 2020 - Proms and Graduation Activities March 31, 2020 - Continuity of LearningMarch 26, 2020 - Closure of Playgrounds and Amenities on DPCDSB PropertiesAs per direction from our public health authorities, all playgrounds and other amenities, including playing fields, basketball courts, track and field areas and Kindergarten play areas on DPCDSB property, are closed until further notice.
