All DPCDSB Staff are required to take the Ontario Child Care and School Screening (Self-Assessment) daily.
The daily COVID-19 self-assessment verification process begins at home when staff are expected to complete the self-assessment using the provincial self-screening tool.

TEACHERS, FULL-TIME SCHOOL-BASED STAFF, CEC AND KEATON CENTRE STAFF
- If, after answering the questions you receive a green GO TO SCHOOL/CHILD CARE screen with a check mark, you can come to school. In your web browser

- If, after answering the questions, you receive a red DO NOT GO TO SCHOOL/CHILD CARE SCREEN with an X, do not come to school and report your absence through TRACS. In your web browser CLICK HERE to submit your result
It is important to submit your results which will be received, noted and verified by your school principal or another member of the school administrative team.
The intent of taking the Self-Screening assessment before you arrive at yourschool/work location is to prevent the spread of the virus.
If you do not take the assessment and submit your result prior to arriving at your school/work location, you are required to do so immediately upon arrival.
ITINERANT STAFF
