HOW TO REGISTER FOR IB AT ST. FRANCIS XAVIER


​Students currently enrolled in other school boards, such as Peel, or for students interested in IB and that are out of our boundary, please complete the steps indicated below to register at St. Francis Xavier's School. 
 

Step 1- Verify that your home address resides within our school IB Boundary​​:

​Step 2- Download the IB Portfolio.  


 Please use the link  - the https://sites.google.com/view/fxibprogramme​ in the Admissions Tab

  • Please complete the portfolio in one session and upload it to the google form.   
  • Make sure to include proof of "Application Fee" payment - $40.  Please use this link to make payment -IB Applicat​ion Processing Fee​.
  • Applications are due on December 1st, 2023.


  • Students will be notified by email whether or not they have been accepted into the program by December 18th, 2023, midnight.

Step 3- REGISTER WITH THE DUFFERIN PEEL BOARD (only if new to the Board):  Complete an Online Registration via the DPCDSB website if the student is new to DPCDSB.

If the student registering has never attended, at any time, a DPCDSB school or ANY programming offered by DPCDSB, you must complete the online registration process through the DPCDSB website prior to registering at St. Francis Xavier.

Step 4- Register with the School.  Print and fully complete the St. Francis Xavier Catholic School Registration:

Please print and complete the registration package, below, for St. Francis Xavier.  ALL STUDENTS REGISTERING AT ST. FRANCIS XAVIER FOR THE 2024-2025 school year must submit a Registration Package in person to the Guidance office, according to the following dates:

Step 5- Hand in Registration Packages, in person, to St. Francis Xavier Guidance office:


REGISTRATION DATES: 

Students with last names:

A - K   --> Wednesday January 24th, from 12-2 pm.
L - R    --> Thursday January 25th, from 12- 2 pm.
S – Z   --> Friday January 26th, from 12- 2 pm.

For those who are not able to attend on your scheduled date an alternate date of Monday January 29th from 12 -2 pm is also available.​
