The following information is for students looking to enroll in our regular/main stream school program. **Grade 8 Students from Feeder Schools 

Students from our feeder schools (Guardian Angels, St. Jacinta Marto, St. Jean-Marie Vianney) who live in our boundary will be provided registeration packages through their elementary school. Please follow the deadlines provided with the package.

St. Roch Enrolment Management Strategy Information

Please be advised that the Board of Trustees at their meeting on May 26, 2020 received a report to implement an Enrolment Management Strategy at St. Roch Catholic Secondary School effective September 2020.

An enrolment cap for ALL GRADES is in place and overflow students will be directed to St. Augustine Secondary School.   Bussing may be provided for those overflow students who are eligible based on the policies of the Board's Transportation department.

Please contact the school to explore the next steps in your enrolment at either St. Roch or St. Augustine.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Please read carefully before proceeding with registration for the 2025-26 school year.

Please submit  pre-registration AND documentation from November 25th to January 31st.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION & PROCESS FOR PUBLIC OR NON DUFFERIN-PEEL CATHOLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS

Steps:

1. Please check to see if you reside in the St. Roch boundary. To check if you live within our boundary, visit www.stopr.ca

2. If yes, complete the online pre-registration form by following the link below. BE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT SCHOOL YEAR IN WHICH YOU'D LIKE TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD.

3. Once the online form is completed, you must email the following documents to the Guidance Office using this email address for your Pre-Registration to be considered complete:  ROCHSGuidance@dpcdsb.org 

• Proof of address -  TWO (2) recent documents required (i.e. recent gas, hydro, water bill, property tax bill, official sales agreement or notarized lease agreement) - cell/home phone bill and driver's license are NOT acceptable
• Most recent report card (elementary school) or transcript (high school)
• Birth certificate (everyone) AND Landed Immigration papers (if student was born outside of Canada)
• Special education students MUST include their complete and most recent IEP (Individual Education Plan)
• Proof of Immunization

4. Once both the online Pre-Registration Form AND the above listed documentation is submitted, you will be contacted by someone from the school in February 2025.
