The PHYSICAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT at R.F.HALL strives to provide opportunities for "sweat and smiles". We aim to develop positive attitudes toward total wellness. We hope students experience the joy of physical activity and incorporate physical fitness in their complete lifestyle.
 
 

Students interested in using the Weight Room during lunch time are to collect a permission form from outside the Phys. Ed. Office.
