In light of our recent crisis and the interruptions to learning experienced by students, Upper Canada College is offering a free one-week IB Boot Camp from July 6 to 10 for any interested IB DP students who have just completed the first year of the DP. There will be a range of courses to choose from as well as scheduled in-class sessions held either in the morning or in the afternoon. Students may sign up for one or two courses. The focus of the Boot Camp is preparation for external assessments. Classes will be staffed by experienced UCC IB faculty who will teach each class live so students can ask questions as the lesson proceeds. Students who choose to enroll in this class can expect some asynchronous work to help them practice their skills and prepare for the class the next day. Students will require wifi access and attend their classes with either an IPad or a computer to access the Zoom class. There will be no formal assessment in these courses.
