STUDENT ACTIVITY FEES
The Student Activities Fee of $45.00 is an annual fee that is used to offset costs for school initiatives, materials, and student activities. The support of our Parents/Guardians through the payment of the Student Activities Fee makes it possible for our school to continue to provide many of the valuable initiatives, materials and activities that enhance the school experience for our students. Our school and the DPCDSB are committed to ensuring every student has equal opportunity to benefit from the school environment, regardless of financial hardships or barriers.
The Student Activities Fee helps to offset some of the costs of the following items:
• Support for clubs, teams, and activities (entry fees, equipment, transportation to events,
- trophies/awards, club/team uniforms
- Guest speakers and assemblies (Anti-bullying initiatives, mental health awareness).
- Student Council (supports for speakers, special event days).
- Chaplaincy initiatives, faith formation, Retreats, lunch to students during Retreats and supports for families in need.
- Support for student enrichment opportunities and leadership Initiatives.
- School beautification.
All payments are processed through School Cash Online.

- Confirm your email: check your inbox for the email confirmation and click on the link inside.
- Sign in with your new login details.
- Add a student: click “Add Student” and fill in the required fields with your child’s details.
- Stay connected by selecting “Yes” to email notifications about upcoming fees.
