OSSLT and After-School Literacy Sessions
OSSLT is an online test.
Test must be completed on a board device. Students must write the test in-person at school
Test to be administered in the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 (See link below: "OSSLT Fall 2022 Parent Letter...")
For students who wrote the OSSLT in the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022: Student Reports are available in the Student Services Dept. Please see your guidance counselor to access the report.
Fall 2022 OSSLT:
Nov. 15th to Dec. 7th, 2022
After School Literacy Sessions (optional):
Oct. 18th to Nov. 3rd, 2022

For Grade 11 and 12 Students
A list of Grade 11 and 12 students who have NOT yet completed the literacy requirement has been posted in front of the main office, identified by student number.
Students whose student numbers are listed have been assigned a designated date to write the OSSLT in December. Potential dates include December 2, 6 and 7. Specific details are posted in front of the main office. Information has also been emailed directly to students via their board emails.
The test will be completed in one full day in Room 216. Students must:
- be in full uniform
- arrive to Room 216 before the start of Period 1
- bring one piece of identification
The schedule for the test is outlined below:

Grade 11 and 12 students who must write the OSSLT, are welcome to participate in a Practice Test (optional). The practice test will be offered on Monday November 14 during Period 2 in the cafeteria.
