Timetable Changes
Timetable changes will NOT be considered for the following reasons:
- Change of spare (only grade 12 students can have a spare)
- Change of teacher
- To be with friends
- Rearrange timetable and subject order
Changes will only be considered for valid educational reasons. Provide an alternate course in case your first choice is not available or there is a conflict with another course.
Students can pick up a course change form in the Guidance Department. Course change forms must be fully completed and signed by a parent/guardian and dropped off in the guidance office. Guidance counsellors will contact the student if necessary and if the request cannot be accommodated.
Please note that a course change request could result in the following:
- Change of teacher
- Change of lunch period
- Change of study period (grade 12 only)
- Change of subject order
