​Regional STEM at St. Marguerite d'Youville

The Regional STEM program at St. Marguerite d’Youville Catholic Secondary School begins in September 2025 for incoming Grade 9 students and focuses on Science,Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. This early start allows students to build a strong foundation in these critical areas, preparing them for future academic and emerging career opportunities. The program offers various experiential learning opportunities, including: hands-on projects, certifications, field trips, and partnerships with local industries which provide real-world experience and problem solving skills. Enhancements such as access to STEM competitions, specialized workshops, and mentorships will set students up for success in high-demand fields.  Students who complete all the requirements of the program will receive a STEM certificate at graduation.
