Dear Parents/Guardians

A message was sent to you to switch students who would like to switch learning modes (From Remote to In-Person learning or from In-Person to Remote learning) for Semester 2 (Quads 3 &4) from February 3rd to June 30th. You must inform the school by completing this form no later than Thursday January 27, 2021. The link to the form is found the email accounts parents and guardians have on file.
