ATTENTION GRADE 9 STUDENTS!
All students registered at Ascension for Grade 9, starting in September, are welcome to attend our Get Ready Program in August 2022. Classes will run on the following dates from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m
We are very excited to offer the “Get Ready! for Secondary School Summer Program 2022” transition program at Ascension of Our Lord Secondary School.
Get Ready! is designed to welcome our grade 9 students before beginning classes in September 2022. This program will be face - to - face depending on Peel Public Health Conditions.
The Get Ready! Program will offer students:
- a fun and interactive orientation to the explore their school layout, schedules, and routines
- a review of key concepts in literacy, numeracy and learning strategies
- a chance to meet qualified future teachers
- a chance to make connections with peers in the incoming class
The Get Ready! program is scheduled on August 29, 30, 31-From 9am – 1pm
- Monday, August 29
- Tuesday, August 30
- Wednesday, August 31
Complete the attached form and bring it to the school by 8:00 a.m on August 22nd.
