  3. IF A STUDENT WAS ADMITTED TO THE IB DP BASED ON THE FLEXIBLE BOUNDARY PERMISSION I.E. ST. PAULSECONDARY SCHOOL IS NOT HIS/HER HOME HIGH SCHOOL, HE/SHE MAY BE REQUIRED TO RETURN TO HIS/HER SECONDARY HOME SCHOOL. PERMISSION TO REMAIN AT ST. FLEXIBLE BOUNDARY LETTER IS REQUIRED FROM THE HOME-SCHOOL PRINCIPAL (A LETTER TO THE HOME-SCHOOL PRINCIPAL REQUESTING A FLEXIBLE BOUNDARY CAN ONLY BE SUBMITTED AFTER THE MEETING BETWEEN THE IB DP COORDINATOR, THE STUDENT, AND THE STUDENT’S PARENT(S) – PLEASE SEE POINT NO. 3; A COPY OF THIS LETTER MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE WITHDRAWAL PACKAGE PRESENTED TO THE IB DP COORDINATOR).
  4. IF A STUDENT IS ALLOWED TO STAY AT ST. PAUL SECONDARY SCHOOL AND HE/SHE HAS BEEN RECEIVING BUSSING, THAN AFTER THE WITHDRAWAL BUSSING WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.

ANY LEVEL CHANGES (HIGHER LEVEL TO STANDARD LEVEL OR STANDARD LEVEL TO HIGHER LEVEL) MUST HAPPEN BEFORE THE END OF FEBRUARY OF GRADE 10 WHEN PLANNING COURSES FOR GRADE 11. NO LEVEL CHANGES WILL BE PERMITTED AFTER THE LAST DAY OF FEBRUARY OF THE STUDENT’S GRADE 10 YEAR DUE TO SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS.

GRADES 11 AND 12: SINCE THE INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE ORGANIZATION DOES NOT REIMBURSE THE DPCDSB FOR WITHDRAWALS AFTER JANUARY 15, THERE WILL NOT BE ANY FEE REIMBURSEMENT IF, IN EXTENUATING SITUATIONS AND WHEN SWITCHING SCHOOLS, THE WITHDRAWAL APPLICATION IS NOT FILED AND APPROVED BY THE PRINCIPAL AT LEAST A WEEK BEFORE JANUARY 15.
