1.     The cost for graduation is $110. This will be collected in the forum on April 5th, 6th & 7th.

Payment can be made through CASH, DEBIT and CREDIT ONLY. You MUST have the activity payment sheet completed when you come to pay. Note: Gown measurements will be taken at the time of payment submission.

Failure to pay this fee will mean you will not attend graduation with your peers.  In the cases where fee payment is difficult, please see Mme. Loisi and/or Ms. Linton and your Vice Principal.

2.     Completion of 40 Community Service Hours is necessary to graduate with your class. Hours are due no later than May 4th 2017.

3.     All school texts must be returned/paid for in order to participate in Graduation.

4.     Attire is semi-formal. The invitations will be distributed through your homerooms in June. Information regarding gown pickup will come later in the semester. Come to the event dressed in your Gown, V-stole and Cap.

5.     Arrival time for students is 2:30 pm. Ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm.

6.     Once students arrive at the hall they are to proceed upstairs.  Students are responsible for seeing a teacher to receive the following:

i.     Seating Card and ii. Honour Roll medallion (if applicable)

7.     A teacher will give you a numbered seating card with your name on it.  Graduates will arrange themselves in the numerical order listed on these cards. A teacher will be there to assist. This order is the order in which you will proceed to the hall, find your seat and receive your graduation folder.

8.     DO NOT LOSE THIS CARD. You must hand it to the MC for the evening before you cross the stage to receive your diploma. They will use this card to call out your name and any awards you may have won since they may not know you personally.

9.     A professional photographer has been hired. You will receive a framed photo of your moment onstage with our Principal that evening. These are no charge and have been included in the grad fee already paid. These will be ready for pick up in the lobby ONLY AFTER the ceremony has concluded. Please do not have your parents crowd the stage to take pictures during the ceremony. Pictures may be taken from their seats.

10.      Refreshments will be available in the lobby after the ceremony for your enjoyment.

Note: Procession into the hall, pick up of seating cards and photos and frames will be organized by VP alpha. Parents are encouraged to sit in the portion of the hall corresponding to their last name.  Signs will be posted.

11.     You will NOT receive an official diploma at Graduation. Your diploma will be issued by the Guidance dept in October.
