Guidance Information for Grade 9 Students
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper
you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”
Dear Grade 9 Parents/Guardians
Welcome to high school! We are so very happy that you and your child have chosen Iona Catholic. This letter is to inform you of what information your child has received during their Guidance orientation that occurred during their homeroom class in the first weeks of September. We also wanted you to have a copy to retain for your records. Always be checking the Iona Catholic website for updated information, www.dpcdsb.org/IONAS .
Students were in-serviced on all the services that Guidance counsellors provide, who their guidance counsellor is and how to make an appointment.
